sent to a local psychologist who got her involved in a Chris tian church. As soon as Jean gave her life to Jesus Christ the demons within her rose up to try to destroy her and the battle increased. Almost a year after her conversion, Jean has been through at least three prolonged deliverance sessions that I know of. Every time, the demons were back in her within a few weeks and she was worse otT than before. In Jean's case, the demons did not come back because she wasn't completely delivered, they came back because she just wasn't strong enough to stand against them alone. I have spoken to several of the Christians involved in Jean's case and told them that she must be taken into one of their homes and helped for awhile. Their answer always was "none of us feel 'called' into that sort of thing." How sad! You know, this is where God's word really hits. Not one of those people are willing to lay down their life for their sister, Jean. People like to keep the privacy of their homes. Our homes belong to God and are for His use. This means that we no longer have any right to our privacy because there are people out there who need to be brought into our homes. Very few Christians ever hear the Lord's request asking them to take someone into their home because they are so selfish in this area. Yes, we must use much wisdom, especially if there are small children in the home. Parents with small children should be very careful about who they bring into their home. But, there are many who do not have small children. These should be willing to use their homes as God directs. Let us stand firm in this battle, and most of all, let us stand together, bearing one another's burdens. Standing Against Demonic Torment.
