the demons to leave and asked Jesus to close those door ways forever, then you must keep the demons out. If you fall back into the same sin again you may be sure all the same demons will come back, each one with seven more demons stronger than himself. It is not necessary to know the names of the specific demons. One single demon can take a thousand different names. Satan has so many demons in his kingdom that it would be impossible to list them all. We do not need to know their names. The Lord knows them all, and after all, it is the Lord who actually kicks them out, not us. I find it more useful to identify the demons by area (listed below) and by the doorway which was opened to them in the first place. For example, in the case of Jane who had an abortion, she said something like this: Jane did not need to know the specific names of the demons which came into her through the abortion, the Lord knew their names. Jane just had to command them to come out. The Lord did the rest. Also, it is not usually necessary to cast out only one demon at a time. The demon Legion, for instance, may have up to 4,000 subordinates. 1f you tried to cast out each individual subordinate demon, you would never get the job done. In the scripture, Jesus cast them all out at once. We simply follow His example. PRE-DELIVERANCE COUNSELING If you are involved in helping to cast demons out of someone else, you must first find out where they stand with the Lord. "You demons who came into me because or the abor tion I had, I have confessed that sin to my heavenly Father and received forgiveness for that sin through the precious blood or Jesus Christ my Lord. It has now been washed away forever. You no longer have any right to dwell in me. I command you now, in the name or Jesus Christ my Lord, to leave me at once!"
