cause of their wickedness. Jesus quotes this scripture in John 10:35. But in His quote He again clearly differentiates between these created "gods" and the Creator God. Paul finalizes the issue in Corinthians:
"For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,) But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him." I Corinthians 8:5-6
Again, this scripture clearly shows that the "gods" are created beings, the Creator is the one true God. This sec tion goes on further to state that Jesus Christ is that one true God, because all things were created by this Jesus. Many other scriptures also make this statement such as Colossians 1:12-18 and John 1:1-5. Therefore, scripture clearly shows that Jesus Christ is uniquely divine in nature which we human beings can never be. We will always be created beings, Jesus will always be the Creator. Let us look at another quote which continues this lie that human beings are divine.
"Many speak via the avenue of mass media from the platform of organized religion and from the Bible, and so there is credibility to their words. But if they con demn and judge others, if they preach self-degradation, if they rally the masses against a particular segment of society, if they attempt to limit the individual's free dom of choice with any form of repression, and if they spread fear of God and mistrust toward man, they are not teaching the Truth ... God is, and man is his Self expression. When man realizes his identity, a race of gods will rule the universe as Sons and Daughters of the Most High, the Father of All."
