However, what is most dangerous is that these basic Hindu teachingshave been cloaked in West ern terminology and even in Christian terms. The medical field particularly has been completely invaded by Hinduistic practices taught as "science." Yoga, bio-feedback, alpha brain wave control, homeopathy, acupuncture, holistic medicine, all of these are based on Hindu practices and pre sented to the public as scientific. Even in the field of oncology, the teaching of what is called "terminal breath ing" and various relaxation techniques are being widely taught to patients on the cancer wards and in hospices. The goal of this teaching is to teach the patient how to slow down their breathing to the point of stopping altogether, thus bringing about death much earlier than it would nor mally occur. Don't forget, the goal of yoga is physical death. The subtlety is great! The scriptures themselves have been taken out of context and twisted to try to support these demonic doctrines. Let me give some examples directly from the writings of the New Agers which will quickly show you just how important it is to test the New Age spirits. The New Agers use such terms as "Christ consciousness," the "Christ within," the "God force," and even use the term "born again." I have quoted here from some of the leading writers of this movement. As you read these passages care fully you will recognize the hidden Hindu teachings.

"There is a great deal of talk these days about being 'born again.' In Jesus' teaching, to be born again is to realize our own identity as a Son of God - just like him! He was (and is) the Self-expression of the Infinite Power of the Universe - just like you are. The only difference between you and Jesus is that he fully real ized the Truth about himself and you haven't - yet. It is all a matter of degree. He was a Superbeing in perfection.
