Breaking The Jewish Code Perry Stone

Alexander the Great, military king of the Grecian Empire. His armies marched from Egypt to India. After conquering Syria and Tyre, he sent a letter to Jaddua, the Jewish high priest in Jerusalem, asking for provisions. The priest replied that he supported Darius the Median king while he was still living. Alexander was furious and eventually marched to Jerusalem to kill the high priest. Fearful, Jaddua called for prayer and sacrifices. In a dream, Jaddua saw everyone wearing white, and him wearing his high priest garments, going out to meet Alexander. Jaddua instructed the people to wear white, and he would meet Alexander and his army in his priestly apparel. Alexander arrived, encountering the huge Jewish procession led by the colorful high priest. Alexander saluted the high priest as the Jews surrounded him. When the soldiers questioned why he, Alexander the Great, should salute a simple Jewish priest, he answered: “ . . . I saw this very person in a dream, in this very habit, when I was in Dios in Macedonia, who, when I was considering with myself how I might obtain the dominion of Asia, exhorted me to make no delay, but bodily to pass over the sea thither, for that he would conduct my army, and would give me dominion over the Persians . . . ”2 Afterward, the high priest rolled open the scroll of Daniel and showed Alexander an amazing prophecy, hundreds of years old, predicting through prophetic symbolism his destiny
