W HEN I SLAM R ULES After reading what we have written thus far, perhaps you understand why I believe the eighth and final kingdom that will seek Israel's annihilation will be a fanatical Islamic confederacy. What would it be like living under strict Islamic rule? What changes would occur? The first changes an Islamic "messiah" would initiate are the laws governing religion and worship. These changes are alluded to in Daniel 7:25: And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. Muslims call God Allah and not Yahveh , the Hebrew name of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The future dictator will speak great words against the God of the Hebrews and Christians (Daniel 7:25, Revelation 13:6). As pointed out by many scholars, the name Allah is the form of a famous moon deity that was worshiped in pre-Islamic times. Muslims consider Allah the same God of Abraham, Isaac and Ishmael, but the Arabic name Allah was, not a name revealed to Mohammed but was already in existence in pre-Islamic times.
