Yet, in the eyes of the Palestinians and especially the Muslims, Israel is holding property that does not belong to them. Therefore, some terrorize the Jews hoping they will leave the land. The term "land for peace" implies that "if we don't get land then Israel will have terrorism." Herein lies the conflict that baffles the West. "Why not give up some dirt and piles of rocks if it would ensure the safety of the Jewish State?" some ask. Because Israeli leaders know something about fanatical Islam that the West is only now learning. A terrorist is not interested in negotiating with his enemies; he is interested in the elimination of his enemies. T ERRORISM : T HE F INAL W EAPON OF M ASS D ESTRUCTION Terrorism will be the leading weapon that paves the path to Armageddon. The future Antichrist and his armies will hold nations hostage with modern weapons of fear and death. Revelation 17 paints a picture of Mystery Babylon, a cryptic name used in John's time for Rome. The prophetic vision reveals that "the great city ruling over the kings of the earth will be destroyed in one hour" (Revelation 17:18; 18:10). Over 1,900 years ago, Rome was built with stone blocks.
