Your probationary period should not commence until your prophetic superintendent has approved the first phase of training success. To confirm this, he or she should review your individualized training and service plan with you. A Prophetic Company’s Structure The prophetic company normally consists of a minimum of five leadership and service positions. These may be expanded as needed by formal resolution of those in authority over the company. However, if the work is small, no more than three to nine prophets should be installed at any given time. Too big a company over a small church can dwarf the pastor’s influence and dominate the ministry’s effects. The basic structure of a viable prophetic company should consist of various spiritual personnel to staff the company. The following is a brief description of what each staff member does and how each company position interrelates with the others.
