Starting a prophetic company takes planning and structure. A clear vision for the end product must be cast first. The Lord has many types of prophets whose assignments range from community to global. Effective prophetic service does not spontaneously happen either naturally or supernaturally. It requires practical training. A prophetic training program should be structured, relevant, measurable, and verifiable. These all involve administration. That is, scheduling, recording, evaluation, and monitoring pre specified goals, objectives, and outcomes. Prophetic Action Items Develop an action-based prophetic training guide that integrates (or supports) theory with practice. Detail how you will measure, evaluate, record, and monitor your program based on what you want your end product (trainee) to become and be able to do.
