turn out, you will no doubt immerse your trainees in an intensive preparation program that goes from beginner to advanced lectures, studies, practice, and evaluations. When it comes to administrating your training program, you will want to track each one’s learning. You will also want some means of recording attendance and evaluating performance. Beyond these, as any concerned trainer would, you will want to homogenize your prophetic trainees’ knowledge and skills so that they are uniform and your end product is consistent with your founding and development goals and objectives. All graduates from your program should uniformly reflect you and your organization as their preparers. Also, a good prophetic readiness program maintains a record of service on every trainee to verify his or her conformity to the training and ability to meet future service demands. This is particularly useful with candidates for a prophetic company post. Much of this detail is handled by the existing company’s prophetic superintendent. If this is a new company, the one exhibiting the vision and heart for it should be evaluated for the post of superintendent. This person should be chosen if interest is upgraded to a passion for the company and its success in the organization. Once he or she has demonstrated the skill or potential to establish a company of prophets and what its management entails, formal steps should be taken to place the candidate for this position in office. This process should take time and require a proven and verified record of responsible and consistent service to the present or previous organization(s). In addition, several veteran prophets should be consulted and asked to confirm the candidate before entrusting this person with the task of building or leading a prophetic company. If the best candidate proves competent and confident enough to carry out this duty, then the position of prophetic superintendent should be installed, even if only temporarily. At this point, attention should turn to developing a viable readiness program for the company of prophets to serve the institution. When this has been accomplished, the prophetic superintendent welcomes the institution’s incoming prophetic trainees into its program. Upon accepting trainees into the program, a specialized training and service plan should be created for each trainee based on his or her qualifying information. Included in this process should be a way to monitor and record progress, performance, and quality of work. This record should also progressively track and assess the trainee’s prophetic capacity in relation to the proposed prophetic company’s service criteria.
