Hebrews 10:7 exemplifies how a volume of the book in which each of our lives are recorded exists. Its variables are accounted for and yet remain immutable for prophets to declare. 4.Numbers 12:6—Emphasis: The visions and dreams used to induct prophets into office.

5. Acts 15:18—Emphasis: Eternity and time are known to God.
