THE EZEKIEL VISION
One of the greatest insights concerning the details of the restoration of Israel, the future defeat of her enemies, and the millennial Temple are found in the writings of the Prophet Ezekiel.
1. Ezekiel saw the valley of dry bones, a picture of the Jews returning after the holocaust 2. Ezekiel saw the famed visions of Gog and Magog, where Israel defeats her enemies 3. Ezekiel saw the Temple and the many truths related to the future Temple (Ezek 40-47)
A. Ezekiel saw the division of the land grant and healing water (Ezek. 47 and 48)
1 . The land where Abraham traveled (Damascus to Egypt) will become Israel’s territory 2. Water flows from the Temple Mount into the Dead Sea and Mediterranean (Ezek. 47:2-12) 3. There were trees for healing on either side of the river flowing from Jerusalem
B. The water will flow from the Temple (Ezek. 47)
1. Today there is a brook of water in front of the eastern gate in the Kidron Valley 2. Today there is a strange water source underneath the city of Jerusalem 3. This is part of the water that will be released when the Mount of Olive splits (Zech 14:4-8) 4. The Dead Sea will be healed in the northern section as the waters will become a river
Note: There is underground water located near the Dead Sea
C. There will be fishermen at the Dead Sea (Ezek. 47)

D. The new Temple will be constructed
1. This new temple will be constructed in the same area of the previous two Jewish Temples
