To the amazement of all, when the scientist sent a pulse of light into the chamber, before it entered it went completely through and traveled 60 feet farther across the laboratory. It was reported 300 times faster than light, traveling at 55,8000,000 miles per second. This research indicates that in the future, information could one day be transmitted faster than light.3 I find this theory interesting in light of the scripture where the Almighty said, "Before they call, I will answer; and while they are still speaking, I will hear" (Isa. 65:24). The secret to increasing the speed of light was the light passing through the chamber of gas. We know from science that the cosmic heavens consist of numerous types of gases that help hold together and form the numerous nebulas and stars in the heavens. Not only are angelic beings spirit, but they also consist of light (there are chariots of fire, 2 Kings 2) and can pass through the entire universe much faster than the normal speed of light. Key to Invisibility In another unique article dated August 23, 2000, scientists professed to have discovered the key to invisibility. Scientists allegedly found a way to make flesh transparent for a few minutes of time. According to the University of Texas, the scientists "created a tissue window" in an area of two to three inches. The experiment was to manipulate the way light passes through tissue. During the test, the small area of the skin became transparent.4 From Three to Eleven Dimensions There is a gentleman on my ministry Board of Directors, Wayne Penn, who, among other things, is a researcher and is quite knowledgeable in physics, being a laser scientist. At times we have engaged in discussions that are very deep and often mind boggling, especially to my simple mind. One of the interesting theories about the spirit world and time travel has to do with the levels of what we call dimension . We all live in a three-dimensional world. Everything created on the planet and built by men consists of filling existing space in three dimensions: height, width, and length. Every object can be measured by using all the combinations to determine its size. Some suggest that a fourth dimension is added to the earthly realm, which is faith. Faith enables a person to pray, believe, and bring into existence those things that are not (Rom. 4:17). This fourth dimension of faith is used on Earth by believing in the unseen. God, however, dwells in at least seven different dimensions. The first three are height, width, and length. The New Jerusalem can be measured with these three combinations, and we know the base (1,500 miles across), the length (1,500 miles), and the height (1,500 miles). (See Revelation 21.) God dwells in absolute light without the sun, and light can be measured at a speed of 186,400 miles per second. This would be the fourth dimension. God also can travel into the past, see the present, and go into the future and make what He has spoken in the past come to pass in the future. These are the seven spiritual dimensions that exist in the spirit realm. When we begin to include the body, soul, and spirit and angels into the equation, we could theoretically tap into eleven different dimensions. Of course this would be considered theoretical physics, but some in the physics community believe in what is called super strings and an eleven-dimensional theory of super gravity.
