Our personal rights and our ability to protect them through our power to contract is the essence of our sovereignty and our 6 rightful ownership over our life, liberty, and property. There are several ways in which we use our power to contract as a 7 means of protection: 8 1. The U.S. Constitution and our state constitutions are all contracts between us and our public servants. Every public 9 servant must swear an oath to uphold and defend this contract. Willful violation of this Contract is called “Treason” 10 and is punishable by death. These contracts, in fact, are the ones responsible for the creation of all federal and state 11 governments. See section 4.4.3 of the Great IRS Hoax , Form #11.302, where Lysander Spooner analyzed the nature of 12 the Constitution as a contract. 13 2. Marriage licenses are a contract between us, the state, AND our partner. There are THREE, not TWO parties to this 14 contract. In that sense, getting a marriage license makes us into a polygamist. Signing this contract makes us subject 15 to the Family Code in our state. We cannot be subject to these codes any other way, because Common Law Marriage 16 is not recognized in most states. 17 3. Employment agreements are contracts between us and our prospective employer. 18 4. Trust deeds on property are contracts between the buyer, the finance company, and the county government. 19 5. Citizenship is contract between you and the government. The only party to the contract who can revoke the contract is 20 you, and NOT your government. This is described in section 4.11.10 and following of the free Great IRS Hoax , Form 21 #11.302. 22

In the Bible, contracts are called “covenants” or “promises” or “commandments”. In law, contracts are called “compacts”: 23

“ Compact , n. An agreement or contract between persons, nations, or states. Commonly applied to working agreements between and among states concerning matters of mutual concern. A contract between parties, which creates obligations and rights capable of being enforced and contemplated as such between the parties, in their distinct and independent characters. A mutual consent of parties concerned respecting some property or right that is the object of the stipulation, or something that is to be done or forborne. See also Compact

In the context of government, the Great IRS Hoax , Form #11.302 section 4.3.1 shows that our government is a 31 “government by compact”, which is to say that the Constitution is a contract between us, who are the Masters, and our 32 public servants , who are our servants and agents: 33

“In Europe, the executive is synonymous with the sovereign power of a state…where it is too commonly acquired by force or fraud, or both…In America, however the case is widely different. Our government is founded upon compact [consent expressed in a written contract called a Constitution or in positive law].

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed that all laws in any civil society are based on collective consent of the Sovereign when it 39 held the following: 40

The legal profession has been trying to escape revealing the Master/Servant fiduciary relationship established by the 45 contract and trust indenture called our Constitution by removing such important words as “public servant” from the legal 46 dictionary, but the relationship still exists. Ever wonder what happened to that word? Greedy lawyer tyrants and the 47 politicians who license and oppress them don’t want you knowing who is in charge or you acting like a the Master that you 48 are. 49
