Requirement for Consent

The reason the above tactics work is insightfully described in the following two entertaining videos on the Uniform 1 Commercial Code (U.C.C.): 2

To give you an idea of how the above process works, you may want to examine the following form on our website which is 7 attached to all government tax forms: 8

Tax Form Attachment , Form #04.201 http://sedm.org/Forms/FormIndex.htm

In the legal field, the MOST important power you can have is the power to DEFINE words. In practice, HE who defines 9 the word FIRST wins ALL legal battles. That is why all contracts usually contain a definitions section. Notably ABSENT 10 from all GOVERNMENT forms is such a definition section. This is deliberate, because: 11 1. The government is an insurance company that NEVER accepts responsibility for its own actions and abuses sovereign 12 immunity to avoid all such responsibility. 13 2. The government and courts will ALWAYS tell you that you can’t trust the accuracy of the form. Therefore, even if 14 they DID define it, they would make sure they included a disclaimer that said you couldn’t trust their definition 15 anyway. For an example of this, see: 16 Reasonable Belief About Income Tax Liability , Form #05.007 http://sedm.org/Forms/FormIndex.htm 3. The purpose of the form is to unlawfully and unconstitutionally convey to a bureaucrat or judge the power to define the 17 words ANY WAY THEY WANT and thus, to corruptly turn a “society of law” into a “society of men”. 18 All government forms usually contain a perjury statement at the end which gives the form the character of “testimony of a 19 witness” and assigns the content of the form the status of legally admissible evidence in court. As such, it is a criminal 20 offense to influence the person filling out the form or to change their testimony. That crime is called witness tampering. 21
