Are you beginning to see why God says the following about all governments? 3
“Indeed they [the governments and the men who make them up in relation to God] are all worthless; their works are nothing ; their molded images [and their bureaus and agencies and usurious "codes" that are not

law] are wind [and vanity] and confusion.”

To succinctly summarize this section:
8
1. Lawful de jure governments may not civilly enforce the statutory civil law against you without demonstrating consent 9 to a contract or agreement. As a bare minimum, that contract is the social compact that acquires the “force of law” 10 upon you choosing a domicile within their jurisdiction. 11 2. “operation of law” describes what happens AFTER the consent is given. The law “operates” on the status created by 12 the consent. 13 3. Without consent demonstrated in some form, any effort to enforce a civil public right or obligation is a trespass against 14 private property, slavery (if they obligate a specific human), and/or theft. 15 4. All the following statutory “civil statuses” constitute prima facie evidence that consent has been given to a specific 16 protection franchise. If you fail to deny that you have these statuses, you probably will be PRESUMED by judges to 17 HAVE them. Watch out!: 18 4.1. “citizen” per 8 U.S.C. §1401. 19 4.2. “resident” per 26 U.S.C. §7701(b)(1)(A). 20 4.3. “person” under 26 U.S.C. §§6671(b) and 7343. 21 4.4. “employee” under 5 U.S.C. §2105. 22 5. It is up to you whenever you interact with any and every government to ensure that you state clearly and 23 unambiguously on all forms or in the attachments to the government forms that: 24 5.1. You do not consent to any civil status or obligation by virtue of filling out the application. 25 5.2. You are not seeking a “benefit” or franchise privilege of any kind. 26 5.3. You reserve all rights pursuant to U.C.C. §1-308. 27 5.4. Any forms submitted are submitted under illegal duress. You may even want to list all the criminal laws violated 28 because of the duress and the source of the duress so they can be prosecuted. 29 5.5. You want to be told by the government recipient of the form that you are NOT ELIGIBLE for the benefit sought 30 because you do not have the status that is the prerequisite to receive the benefit or do not consent to the 31 obligations needed to deliver the benefit. 32 5.6. You should also define your terms in the form such that if they say they can’t accept the form, then they mean 33 that you are NOT ELIGIBLE and cannot give consent to BECOME eligible. You can then use their rejection of 34 the application to prove that you DO NOT have the civil status that the party instituting the duress was trying to 35 compel you to procure illegally. 36

All civil societies are based on “compact” and therefore “contract”. Here is how the U.S. Supreme Court describes this 47 compact and therefore contract. 48
