but at the same time I was telling Him that He had to make Satan and his kingdom shoot only blanks instead of real bullets. This is just not possible. You see, that left me with a choice. I had to accept being vulnerable and rely completely on the Lord, or ask Him not to speak to me anymore. The thought of not hearing from the Lord anymore was just unbearable. My relationship with the Lord is my very life. It means more to me than anything else. So, I simply asked Him to help me learn quickly the things I needed to learn so I would not be easily deceived by Satan. Let me share some of those things with you. I pray daily asking the Lord to reveal Satan's deceptions to me. I can never be smart enough to figure them out myself. I simply have to trust the Lord to show them to me. I now walk daily in faith, trusting that the Lord will honor the in tentions of my heart. It is my heart's desire to serve Him and He will honor that. Since then I have learned to be much more sensitive to the "check" or hesitation I feel in my spirit, given to me by the Holy Spirit. I have learned that I can never be impulsive. If I have any doubt at all, or do not feel a complete peace, I wait before acting. Also, I have learned to work in unity with others. The Lord sent out His disciples two-by-two. He still works in such a manner. Elaine and I are partners in this ministry for the Lord. And now, we also have a Chris tian brother who is a spiritual covering for our ministry~ We never go on speaking engagements or make any major deci sions until the three of us are in complete unity. If even one of us does not have a complete peace with something we are deciding to do then we do not do anything until we are all in complete unity and have a complete peace about a cer tain course of action. It is much more difficult for Satan to deceive two or three than one. Let me give you an example. About a year ago we were asked to go speak at a particular ministry on the East Coast.
