These scriptures and others show an experience perceived in the person's spirit, and that the spirit body was separated fro" the physical body. Notice that when John stated that he vyas in the "spirit" that it is spelled with a small "s" sig nifytng his own human spirit. Every time the Holy Spirit is refe~red to in scripture it is spelled with a capital "S." I "I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as ofa trumpet ... " Revelation 1:10

"For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and shar per than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder ofsoul and spirit, ... " Hebrews 4:12

Did you ever wonder why it is necessary to divide between our soul and spirit? According to the above verse there can be a division made (or separation oO the soul and the spirit. The first Adam, before the fall, could relate to, and see the spirit world as easily as he could the physical world. How?
