The Double Minded Man

"For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing from the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways." James 1:6-8

I'm not sure exactly why, but I used to think this scripture applied mostly to non-Christians. That was, until about three years ago when the Holy Spirit dealt with me very strongly on this issue.
