Prepare-for-War
Christian churches and point out some dangers. I cannot emphasize enough the need to continually study the word of God and prayerfully check out everything that is taught in your church. We must vigilantly test the spirits and fre quently get on our faces before God asking Him to reveal Satan's deceptions. Please let me point out that there is only one Bible. You will always find areas of disagreement in any book you read, or with any church you attend. There is only one perfect book - the Bible. However, we must constantly be on the alert for doctrines and practices which open us up to demonic influences and detract from the glory of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The ef fectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." James 5:14-16 "And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou earnest, hath sent me, that thou might iest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost." Acts 9:17 "Long time therefore abode they speaking boldly in the Lord, which gave testimony unto the word of his grace, and granted signs and wonders to be done by their hands." Acts 14:3 "And it came to pass, that the father ofPublius lay sick of a fever and of a bloody flux: to whom Paul entered in, and prayed, and laid his hands on him, and healed him." Acts 28:8
