never even heard of Jesus, and had not particularly thought of worshiping God! What a tragedy it would have been if I had disobeyed the Lord and not shared the gospel with her. The demons obviously thought they had her successfully trapped for life and eternity. They were almost successful. I shared the gospel with her and gave her a small Bible. She was not willing to pray with me there, but she promised to read the Bible and find out more about this Jesus I was talk ing to her about. Do you see how easy it is for demons to keep us from shar ing the gospel with someone? We must always be alert to the possibility of demonic interference. The next time you feel the urging to share the gospel with someone but find yourself backing away, try binding the demons which are trying to stop you from obeying the Lord. With these principles in mind, let us look at some specific doorways. Occultic Doorways Any dealings with the occult, no matter how lightly or briefly, is a doorway. I am referring to such things as "playing" with your horoscope, the curiosity visit to a for tune teller, tea leaf reader, palm reader, etc. How many of our school and church carnivals for fund raising have a for tune teller of some sort? None of these are harmless! Inno cent young children are allowed to go to these people at such events for "something fun to do." How many of these children are then unable in their future life to ever accept Jesus as their personal Savior, or, if they are already a Christian, at some later date lose interest, or are just unable to grow to any depth in their Christianity? We would be ap palled if we really knew the number of casualties from this source alone. I have personally seen more than I like to even think about. Again, the scriptures could not be more plain: "There shall not be found among you any one that
