Prayers That Bring Healing

My soul thirsts for God, and my flesh longs after Him in a dry and thirsty land where no water is (Ps. 63:1). You send Your water that flows out of the abundant river of God. Your water never runs dry, and it brings forth a bountiful harvest (Ps. 65:9-10). The Spirit of God shall come down upon me like rain upon the mowed grass, like showers that water the earth (Ps. 72:6). You have turned the desert of my life into pools of water, and the dry ground into water springs. You make me dwell in fertile places. You bless me and multiply my seed greatly (Ps. 107:35-38). My heart is like the rivers of water in God's hands (Prov. 21:1). You refresh me like the rivers of water in a dry place. You shelter me like the cool shadow of a great rock (Isa. 32:2). The dry parched ground in my life will become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of living water (Isa. 35:7). The Lord will hear me, for I am poor in health and needy and in search of living water.
