Prayers That Bring Healing
Like Moses, I bring my family before the Lord and wash them with the water of the Word (Lev. 8:6). I will bathe myself in the running water of the Spirit to cleanse myself of any issue—physical, spiritual, and emotional—and I shall be clean (Lev. 15:13). I will speak to the rock of my salvation, and He shall bring forth His water so that I can drink (Num. 20:8). I am like groves of palms, like fruitful gardens planted by the riverside, like aloes planted by the Lord, like cedars beside the waters. He will pour out His Spirit over me like gushing buckets of water, and my seed will be supplied with all they need (Num. 24:5-7). I will be purified with the water of separation (Num. 31:23). I am like the tree whose roots are spread out by the waters, whose branches are refreshed with the dew. New honors are constantly bestowed on me, and my strength is continually renewed (Job 29:19-20). God draws the water up into small drops and causes it to rain on me so that I am blessed (Job 36:27-28). As the deer pants after the water brooks, so my soul pants after You, O God (Ps. 42:1).
My soul thirsts for God, for the living God (Ps. 42:2).
