Perhaps the most bizarre aspect of the story of Ahab and Jezebel involves the time that Ahab prepared for an upcoming war. A prophet of God named Micaiah revealed that God had sent a lying spirit to come forth from the mouths of Ahab's prophets in order to deceive the king (2 Chronicles 18:21).
