The State of Idaho, by and through the Bonneville County Prosecutor's Office, and the Defendant, LARRY STANDFIELD JR, with his attorney of record, Stephen A. Meilde, hereby stipulate and agree as follows: STIPULATION AND AGREEMENT • Tra f i ge No CR -1-0 1 7-00 11 039-PP, the Defendant agrees to plead guilty to the

amended charge of Domestic Battery, Misdemeanor, I.C. § 18-918 (3)(b).

2. The State agrees to dismiss Defendant's related misdemeanor charges in City of

Idaho Falls Case No. CR-2018-610-MD.

3. The State will not object to a withheld judgment if the defendant is otherwise eligible

pursuant to LC. §37-2738(4).

4. The parties are free to argue any other terms.

5. The Defendant agrees to pay full restitution on all charged and uncharged crimes.
