(KLA) Handbook

OPERATIONS

Location of Center KLA is located in Kingdom Family Learning Center Church at 922 W Irving Park Rd.

Offices The Center’s administration office is located in front office of the Church building. Mailboxes, located in both the Childcare Center and the Receptionist offices, are available for you to leave messages, payments, and other communication forms.

Hours The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Child Groups KLA is divided into three groups:

12 months thru 2 1 / 2

Toddlers

years (coming)

2 1 / 2

Preschoolers School-Agers

years thru 5 years

5 years

Holidays The Center will be closed for the following days each year:  New Years Day  Martin Luther King Day  Presidents’ Day  Memorial Day  Independence Day  Labor Day  Thanksgiving Weekend, Thursday and Friday 

Christmas (closed three days, usually the day before and the day after)  Staff Training Day (first or second Friday in August)

Please communicate to the Director any changes in your child’s schedule during holiday weeks so that staff may be released to have time off, especially in November and December.
