The KJV & the Earliest Manuscripts T he following are just a few samples of the thousands of instances in which the earliest papyri support the KJV, while new versions ignore the earliest MSS. (Note the changes in Nestle's latest 26th edition Greek New Testament to KJV readings based on the most recent findings.)
