Washington‘s Two Constitutions

As there is both a constitution for the Republic, and one for the corporate Democracy, there are also two constitutions for Washington. One is for the state of Washington Republic, and the second is for the STATE OF WASHINGTON corporate Democracy. The first was properly ratified by the people on their counties. The second constitution was called for by government officials, not the people. The corporate constitution ignored the first constitution entirely. Legally, as the first was properly ratified by the people, it would have to be modified by the people. Therefore, the second constitution can only relate to a separate entity.
