It is God’s will for His people to be blessed in body, soul, and spirit, and to prosper in their personal lives in order to be a blessing to others! Clearly, both the Torah and the New Testament reveal the promises of prosperity for those believers who will follow the rules of conduct and commitment to God and His Word. History’s Wealthiest Hebrew Solomon, the son of David, is noted as one of the wealthiest Hebrew leaders in history and one of the wisest men to ever live. As a young man, Solomon was chosen to replace his father, David, as king (1 Kings 1:30–39). God visited Solomon, asking him to reveal his most intimate heart’s desire. Instead of requesting wealth, popularity, and man’s favor, Solomon petitioned God for wisdom. And God said to Solomon: “Because this was in your heart, and you have not asked riches or wealth or honor or the life of your enemies, nor have you asked long life—but have asked wisdom and knowledge for yourself, that you may judge My people over whom I have made you king—wisdom and knowledge are granted to you; and I will give you riches and wealth and honor, such as none of the kings have had who were before you, nor shall any after you have the
