164 I believe there was a terrible severing at the fall. Body, soul and spirit were no longer in their original relationship with each other. Stop to think a minute. What is one of the first characteristics you think of in someone that is totally demon possessed? Unnatural strength. This strength is the result of the control over the physical body by a spirit, in this case a demon spirit. Those involved in the martial arts strive to achieve unnatural abilities with their physical bodies ~ abilities that come only with the control of spirit over the physical. Since the fall, we human beings do not naturally have con scious control over our spirits. BUT, the occultist MUST achieve this control in order to maintain their vital contact with the spirit world. There are many lies in the whole area of occultic activities. Satan and his demons do not want human beings to under stand what they are doing. So, they invent lies and perform false miracles to back up the lies. One of these is the "third eye." The "third eye" dates back into antiquity. "Third eye" ability is the ability to "see" or gain contact with spirits. You see, our brain is like a computer with two channels of input. When we "see" something in the physical world, the image goes from the retina of our physical eye through spe cial nerves back into our brain. TTie image of the physical object is then created in our brain and we "see." The same is true of objects or spirits in the spirit world. Only, the in formation does not come through our physical eye. It comes through our spirit. Our brains are capable of receiving two sets of images at once, images from the physical world, and images from the spirit world. (Figure 10-1)
