B ILL ' S T WO W ARNINGS FOR A MERICA This agent, whose first name was Bill, sounded a warning in the early 1970's during the time of the Arab oil embargo and after the Yom Kippur war in Israel. Bill's uncanny predictions seem more possible now than ever. He said: We believe it is very possible that a chemical or biological element will be placed in the water supply in America, and that could take out an entire city in a short period of time.
