However, the real question becomes not how the plan was set up but what motivated the setup to begin with. The easier explanation is that David fell into a burning lust, and Bathsheba willingly submitted. However, behind every major spiritual calamity is a hidden root buried underneath the rubble. Consider the condition of David’s marriage. He was wed to
