There's a Crack in Your Armor Perry Stone

with their mouths that their minds were covered by the helmet of salvation, their hearts were protected by the shield of faith, and their feet were prepared to carry the gospel. Basically, every part of the armor listed in Ephesians 6 was applied by faith and confessing the Word. On one particular morning the daughter was running a little late and almost forgot to review her daily confession concerning the armor of God. She felt there was a need to do so, and she took the time to speak the normal pattern. She also was impressed to wear a leather-type dress to work. She had no clue why, but she was certain she was supposed to wear this particular outfit. When she arrived, she was sitting at her desk opening the mail and began to open a package. Suddenly there was a loud explosion, and the package blew up in her lap. It was a pipe bomb, and its force was powerful enough to blow off the wooden arms of the chair on which she sat. Because she wore the leather dress, the nails and metal from the explosion actually stuck into the leather, and she survived a very deadly situation. 12 This true store was related to me many years ago, and each time I read the weapons in the armor list, I am reminded of this amazing protective event. In reality, many of the spiritual blessings in the Bible become realities in our spiritual and daily lives through the means of confession. This God gear is invisible to the natural eye, yet it is activated through our knowledge of the Word and our faith
