children to be taken from the earth, and these innocent ones are with the Lord, safe from the hands of perverts, pedophiles, and sextrade organizations. Another area where men and women struggle with their faith and a crack is found in their faith armor is when they see images of starving children in places such as Haiti and Africa. We have all been moved with tears of compassion when seeing the bloated stomachs of children, surrounded by starving siblings, sitting in the dust in a third-world nation, simply waiting for death. I have heard many believers say, “How can God allow this?” I have visited and conducted evangelistic meetings in three African nations: Uganda, Kenya, and Zambia. In these and most nations in Africa there is a massive population of poor and starving people, many of whom are children, who cannot afford a loaf of bread and will possibly die at an early age. What most in the West are unaware of are the three main elements that, when mixed together, cause such poverty and lack. 1. The first element is the fact that many of the poor nations on earth are also nations dominated with the spirit of idolatry. The superstition of the people and ancient customs of their fathers cause them to turn to gods of wood and stone that are unable to hear one word uttered from their lips. Their prayers to their man-made gods go unheard, and their struggle never changes. 2. The second fact is that for many of these nations throughout modern history, millions of dollars in cash and
