increasing, and maintaining the essential prayer guard the organization needs. That means each company member is to actively participate in all prayer vigils, routine and impromptu, and be prepared to lend their mantle’s support to its effectiveness and success.
Prophets are not to sit in prayer groups and refuse to pray. They must not exhibit resentment for having to be there or emit a contentious spirit to signal their disturbance. Company prophets must not behave unseemly to publicize their displeasure at being in attendance at any required gathering or refuse to respond when called upon at such meetings. Company prophets must not, on the other hand, dominate any gathering with untimely prophecy or spiritual harangues or any other action that tends to render spiritual meetings unproductive. Company prophets are required to keep the peace, maintain order, and uphold the leader in charge of the session. Company prophets are to use their authority and influence as representatives of the organization to continually unify the company’s strength and exhibit harmony and maturity when on duty in any official (or unofficial) capacity. Company prophets are to exhibit discernment and respect for the gatherings they cover, while evaluating and monitoring all prophetic expression.
2. Prophecy Company prophets are to continually bring the word of the Lord to the body as assigned. They are to remain in constant studious communion with the Holy Spirit to ensure fresh and current revelation is ministered to the body. Prophecy stagnation and redundancy assume the prophet has been out of touch with the Lord and therefore been forced to fall back on gifting and experience to meet congregant or organizational needs. 3.
