The prophet's handbook
Mentorship is integral to all creation. Mentorship is an official function. Mentors should be educated in the field of ministry to which their mentorees are called. Prophets especially need to be mentored. Mentorships are to be mutually rewarding and mutually cooperative arrangements. Mentorship involves more than servitude, while not excluding the attendant services that qualify them to lead one day. Mentorees should expect to have scheduled training, lectures, and development and be required to attend them. Mentor assignments should look to practical ministry functions and outlets. Mentorship relies on integrity, devotion, diligence, and loyalty. Mentorship must be formed with clean, honest motives and well defined objectives. Undeclared objectives and outcomes endanger the success of any mentorship. Quick Study Chart What Is Involved in Prophetic Mentorship?
