Pastors wanting to fulfill the will of God concerning the prophetic in their churches regularly ask me how to go about it and what criteria they are to use to do so. They want to grasp the wisdom of installing and working with a church prophet beforehand in order to protect their congregations. Generally, pastors desire some reliable tools to evaluate their prophetic ministers (past, present, and future) and guidelines that enable their proper use of the ministry in the local church. Whenever questions arise over the matter, it is not resistance I most often meet, but confusion and curiosity.
