Should ensure that training and proving precede placement on the team. Should have standardized qualifications and a formal means of screening and selection. Should have a uniform criterion-based means of evaluation, assessment, and verification before placement. Should only receive eligible appointees after a trial period. Should have regular worship and congregational outlets. Should be assigned to various aspects of ministry for prayer coverage, insight, and spiritual watch care. Should be visibly represented in the local assembly. Should be replicating and outreach-minded. Should have certified trainers and supervisors. Should require training and apprenticeship. Should encompass all spiritual activity. Should collaborate with the church’s school or learning department. Should develop and refine prophetic outlets in the community for its ministers. Should arrange prophetic interaction and collaboration with other church’s prophets. Should be active in church’s prayer, especially in its congregational prayer. Should structure uniform corrective, disciplinary, and advice and appeals process.
