authority of the pastor. Any other move in a church is rebellion. And the Lord came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease. Numbers 11:25 God is looking for people who flow in miracles. You need to be a miracle person. You will never flow in miracles in advance of your leadership. When the leadership begins to flow in miracles, that anointing will drop down to everyone under their authority. It always works that way. That's why you can go to some churches—I don't care how much you want to flow in the prophetic—and if the leadership is not flowing in the prophetic, chances are, there isn't going to be much prophesying. There aren't going to be very many new songs birthed, even though you may flow in that anointing. God is raising up prophetic leaders, people of authority who flow in miracles. They are going to minister, and the anointing is going to come down upon the people of God to the extent that they follow their leaders into different realms of the Spirit of God. This is why my heart is on leadership. This is why I try to reach pastors and leaders. I know you can minister to lay people all day long, but unless the leadership is there, the church is not going to be effective to the degree that God desires it to be, because the leaders are keeping the people out of that realm. Remember, you cannot go beyond your leadership.
