How can we forget that former US president, Ronald Reagan on three separate occasions in public speeches, alluded to the impact on humanity from an extraterrestrial threat.

In 1988 where Ronald Reagan addressed the General Assembly of the United Nations in a speech which become known as his famous Disarmament speech, what was remarkable was that before he gave the address, his speech writer, Rhett Dawson, removed his comments “regarding aliens” from Mr. Reagan's draft. Reagan on review then insisted that he put it back in.

There might be a deeper reason for Reagan's apparent interest in the idea of an alien threat. There is an unconfirmed story that before he became Governor of California, Ron and Nancy had a UFO
