THE SPIRIT OF LEADERSHIP

We may never know in our lifetimes the full impact of our influence and actions, great or small. In light of this truth, developing one’s leadership potential should not be an option for anyone. We have a responsibility to find, perform, and complete our purposes. As we come to understand the nature and attitudes of true leaders, we can remove whatever is hindering us from having the spirit of leadership so that we can make a positive and lasting contri bution to our generation.
