THE LOSS OF THE LEADERSHIP SPIRIT The leadership spirit is the inherent nature of the created spirit of man, which was released from the Spirit of God with all its qualities, characteristics, and poten tial. The spirit of leadership is the attitude and mental ity that position reflects. We must realize that when man separated himself from his Source, he did not lose the leadership spirit, but he lost the spirit of leadership. In the next chapter, we’ll talk more about the impact of our disconnect with the spirit of leadership.
