Since it is important to me to open that account with your branch, it is necessary for me to understand clearly the reason for your rejection. Could you please explain the reason for the rejection and list each problem that 1 need to correct so that 1 can open that account.

Also please provide clarification of your banks position for requiring a social security number. If 1 understand your bank's position better, then perhaps 1 can better accommodate that requirement.
