Part 31 of Section 3402@)-1 of the Code of Federal Regulations allows taxpayers to terminate withholding agreements upon notice, please see the attached facsimile of this regulation.

Please attach Mr. 's statement made pursuant to this regulation to Form W-4 which he had previously filed with your company and terminate withholding on the date specified. Mr. has also indicated to me that he is willing to post an indemnity bond and sign a release agreement, at his own expense, ifyou perceive some liability for complying with this federal regulation.
