(a) Compliance with the Privacy Act. The collection, maintenance, use, and dissemination of SSNs, EINs, any information derived from SSNs and Employer ldentification Numbers (EINs), and income information under this subpart shall be conducted, to the extent applicable, in compliance with the Privacy Act (5 U.S.C. 552a) and all other provisions of Federal, State, and local law. ... ... Income information means information relating to an individual's income, including: ... includingany social security number; name of the employee; quarterly wages of the employee; and the name, ... social security number (SSN) means the nine-digitnumber that is assigned to a person by the Social Security Administration and that identifies the record of the person's earnings reportedto the Social Security Administration. ...
