Requirement for Consent

Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law .

“Do not strive with [or try to regulate or control or enslave] a man without cause, if he has done you no

harm .”

5

[Prov. 3:30, Bible, NKJV]

6

The above concepts were explained more extensively in the Great IRS Hoax , Form #11.302, Section 3.3, where the only 7 legitimate purpose of enforceable law was described as providing remedies for harm AFTER the harm occurs, but not to 8 PREVENT harm BEFORE it occurs. All remaining laws other than criminal law are civil in nature and require individual 9 consent in some form to be enforceable or to acquire the “force of law” . That constructive consent occurs through one of 10 the following three means: 11 1. Choosing a domicile within the territory of a government that is operating outside of natural law and natural right, and 12 thereby becoming subject to injurious civil laws which undermine rather than protect your rights. See: 13 Why Domicile and Becoming a “Taxpayer” Require Your Consent , Form #05.002 http://sedm.org/Forms/FormIndex.htm 2. Engaging in a privileged or regulated franchise. Performing the activity implies constructive consent to the regulation 14 of the activity. See: 15 The “Trade or Business” Scam , Form #05.001 http://sedm.org/Forms/FormIndex.htm 3. Signing a government form or application to contractually procure some privileged “ benefit ” , which manifests consent 16 to be subject to the laws that implement the program and causes you to surrender some of your rights in return for a 17 perceived benefit. See: 18 The Government “Benefits” Scam , Form #05.040 http://sedm.org/Forms/FormIndex.htm

1.3 Loss of natural or common law Rights requires CONSENT 19

The only lawful way that a human being can lose a constitutionally protected PRIVATE right or substitute it for a PUBLIC 20 civil statutory right is therefore: 21

1. To contract away rights through voluntary, informed, written consent to a PRIVATE party OTHER than a government. 22

"Waivers of Constitutional rights not only must be voluntary, but must be knowing, intelligent acts done with

23

sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and likely consequences."

24

[Brady v. U.S., 397 U.S. 742 (1970)]

25

2. To engage in activities that injure the equal rights of others. 26 3. 27

To acquiesce or tacitly consent to injurious behaviors of others that adversely affect our rights.

“ SUB SILENTIO. Under silence; without any notice being taken. Passing a thing sub silentio may be evidence

28

of consent”

29

[ Black’s Law Dictionary, Fourth Edition, p. 1593]

30

“ Qui tacet consentire videtur.

31

He who is silent appears to consent. Jenk. Cent. 32. ”

34

This could occur because:

35 3.1. We are not aware of what our rights are and therefore do not know that we have standing to sue for their 36 violation. 37 3.2. The cost of litigation to defend our rights is higher than the injury we have suffered, and therefore not 38 economically feasible. 39 3.3. We have been threatened by private employers and financial institutions to acquiesce or suffer either not being 40 hired or being fired for not acquiescing. 41 3.4. We are under some form of financial distress which compels us to make compromises. 42
