7 The most interesting thing about this pamphlet is not the inflammatory and accusatory and presumptuous rhetoric, but 8 the fact that it is posted on the IRS website and no author is specifically identified. DO you think that people in the 9 government who claim to be speaking “The Truth”, as they call it, ought to be held accountable for their statements? 10 How can you have a reasonable basis for belief if they aren’t identified and held accountable? For instance, at a court 11 trial, witnesses must identify themselves and swear under oath that they will tell “the truth, the whole truth, and nothing 12 but the truth”. There is not such affirmation at the end of the document, no IRS seal, and no author identified. This 13 isn’t truth: its’ government sponsored propaganda! 14

Below is the text from a real deposition of an IRS agent in a tax trial showing how IRS agents disguise their identities 15 deliberately to protect them from the legal consequences of their criminal behavior: 16

A. Well, there have been several revenue officers that have worked this case, not just me.

Q. Who are the other ones?

A. There was another revenue officer that worked it prior to it being assigned to me. I don't recall his

name right off the top of my head, but I know it was a male revenue officer.

Q. Is he still there at the IRS?

A. Yes, he is.

Q. You don't remember his name?

A. Well, to be quite frank with you, he changed his name over a course of time. So I'm not sure which name

he was using at that time.
