Requirement for Consent
{You should note that the check box for "U.S. citizens" makes mention that they MUST provide a socialist insecurity 1 number.} 2
Remember, American nationals, if domiciled upon private property, within the United States of America, are the sovereign 3 people. They are not obligated to serve, to perform civic duties. Shucks - they're not even "persons" liable. 4
"In common usage, the term 'person' does not include the sovereign, [and] statutes employing the [word] are
5
ordinarily construed to exclude it."
6
[Wilson v. Omaha Indian Tribe, 442 U.S. 653, 667, 61 L.Ed2. 153, 99 S.Ct. 2529 (1979) (quoting United States
7
v. Cooper Corp. 312 U.S. 600, 604, 85 L.Ed. 1071, 61 S.Ct. 742 (1941))]
8
"A Sovereign cannot be named in any statute as merely a 'person' or 'any person'".
9
[Wills v. Michigan State Police, 105 L.Ed. 45 (1989)]
10
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the
11
United States and of the State wherein they reside."
12
[14th Amendment, Section 1.]
13
Are you their "person" /”subject” or are you one of the sovereign people? 14
Are you a "slave" of government or are you served BY PUBLIC SERVANTS in government? 15
SUBJECT - One that owes allegiance to a sovereign and is governed by his laws.
16
"... Men in free governments are subjects as well as citizens ; as citizens they enjoy rights and franchises; as subjects they are bound to obey the laws. The term is little used, in this sense, in countries enjoying a
17
18
republican form of government."
19
[ Black’s Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition, p. 1425]
20
"... the term 'citizen,' in the United States, is analogous to the term "subject" in the common law; the change of phrase has resulted from the change in government. ... he who before was a "subject of the King" is now a
21
22
citizen of the State."
23
[State v. Manuel, 20 N.C. 144 (1838)]
24
Did you knowingly change your form of government from the "republican form" (where the people AS INDIVIDUALS are 25 sovereign) to the "democratic form" (where the whole body of citizens or the socialist “collective” are sovereign)? 26
If this seems unbelievable, you will have to read it for yourself, available in any county courthouse law library. 27
Everything done "to us" is by our consent to be subjects under their dominion. 28
But the day that 51% of the American people:
29
1.
Learn that their consent is required.
30
2. Know the mechanisms by WHICH they consent. . .and
31
3.
Withdraw consent.
32
. . .is the day that their SCAM implodes.

Consenting to the jurisdiction of Court
34
The process of consenting to the jurisdiction of a court is called an “appearance”: 35
appearance . A coming into court as a party to a suit, either in person or by attorney, whether as plaintiff or defendant. The formal proceeding by which a defendant submits himself to the jurisdiction of the court. The
36
37
voluntary submission to a court's jurisdiction.
38
In civil actions the parties do not normally actually appear in person, but rather through their attorneys (who enter their appearance by filing written pleadings, or a formal written entry of appearance). Also, at many stages of criminal proceedings, particularly involving minor offenses, the defendant's attorney appears on his
39
40
41
behalf. See e.g., Fed.R.Crim.P. 43.
