Requirement for Consent

Understood correctly, the First Commandment is to reject slavery. And the reason is because “I am, the Lord your God who 1 brought you out of slavery". God cannot bring you out of slavery and then authorize you to choose it. That would be a 2 contradiction and contradictions are never true...they are always false. And God...the source of truth...cannot be false. 3 And there is a good reason why the first thing God does for his people is to bring them out of slavery. You cannot contract 4 with anyone who...like a slave...cannot give their free consent. And even God must have our consent to govern us because 5 he created us to be free and have choice so that we could even choose sin…as did Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. 6

God sought the Israelites consent to be His people. The Lord said to Moses 7

“I will now rain down bread from heaven for you. Each day the people are to go out and gather their daily portion [and no more!]; thus will I test them, to see whether they follow my instructions or not.”

The Israelites were only to take what they needed and not display a lack of trust by storing up more food than their daily 10 portion. God tested their faith to see if they believed he would continue to provide for them. Jesus reiterates this in 11 Matthew’s gospel (Matt. 6:25ff). But…disliking the hardships…and fearing that God could not be trusted…on their way to 12 a land of freedom… and yearning to renew their indentured servant relationship to Pharaoh…the Israelites were free to 13 withhold their consent and to reject God. 14

Isn’t it unbelievable that the Israelites... moved outside their comfort zone by God’s rescuing them from slavery...would 15 complain like this… 16

Why did you bring us out of Egypt? Did we not tell you this in Egypt, when we said, ‘Leave us alone. Let us serve the Egyptians’? Far better for us to be the slaves of the Egyptians than to die in the desert.”

So what might prevent you from obeying the First Commandment. What and who (including yourself) might you be a slave 20 to that requires you to displace God’s law with man’s law or your own law based solely on your feelings? Or what inert 21 objects do you believe to have beneficial or evil power over you? Certain crystals prescribed by "new wave" religions? In 22 what ways do you promulgate human law even when it contradicts God’s law. 23

And isn’t it a wonderful law when someone says to you “You shall NOT be a slave”? 24

7.2 You cannot consent to perform an illegal act without criminal consequences 25

Courts have repeatedly refused to enforce any contract or provision within a contract in which you consented to perform an 26 act that was illegal or criminal. Here are a few examples: 27

1. You cannot consent to fill out IRS Form W-4 withholding allowance certificate as a PRIVATE human being not 28 lawfully occupying a public office in the U.S. and not state government, nor can you lawfully claim or enforce, either 29 judicially or administratively, any “benefits” that accrued from the government through the use of this fraudulent 30 mechanism. You cannot consent to serve as a jurist or a voter to hear a case involving taxes or “benefits” if you personally are 32 either a statutory “taxpayer” or a benefit recipient. That would be a criminal conflict of interest in violation of 18 33 U.S.C. §208. The government cannot lawfully: 34 2.1. Bribe voters or jurists. 35 2.2. Recruit those who are bribed with government “benefits” into serving. 36 2.3. Allow anyone to serve as either a judge or a “fact finder” in any trial in which they have a pecuniary interest. See 37 28 U.S.C. §144, 28 U.S.C. §455, and 18 U.S.C. §201. 38 3. You cannot consent to have information returns filed against you if you are not lawfully serving in a public office in 39 the U.S. government. Information returns include IRS Forms W-2, 1042-S, 1098, and 1099, etc. That would be the 40 crime of impersonating a public officer in violation of 18 U.S.C. §912, and filing fraudulent information returns in 41 violation of 26 U.S.C. §7203.
