Prayers That Bring Healing

ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified (Isa. 61:1-3). O God, You will bring health and healing. You will heal the people and reveal to them the abundance of peace and truth (Jer. 33:6). I quicken the people of God to fear the Lord, so that the Sun of Righteousness may arise with healing in His wings (Mai. 4:2). Just like Jesus, I am released to go and preach the gospel of the kingdom and to heal all kinds of sickness and diseases so that the name and fame of Jesus goes throughout the whole world (Matt. 4:23). Let it be that sick people who are afflicted with various diseases and torments and those who are demon possessed, epileptics, and paralytics come my way that I may heal them in the name of Jesus (Matt. 4:24). I accept the call: I will go and heal those who need healing (Matt. 8:7). I am moved with compassion for the sick because they are weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd (Matt. 9:36).
